Shipping Options
We work with multiple carriers to offer you different shipping options. Fedex and the USPS are our preferred carriers, but you may also contact us with a UPS or DHL account number. Expedited shipping options are also available for rush deliveries.
Fedex
- Online tracking and delivery confirmation.
- Signature required upon delivery.
- Fedex does NOT deliver to PO Boxes.
- Actual shipping cost charged to the customer.
US Postal Service
- Online tracking and delivery confirmation.
- The USPS is the only service that DOES deliver to PO Boxes, APO and FPO
- Best method for international shipping
Truck/Air Freight (US only)
- Overweight and/or oversized items can only be shipped by common carrier.
- Please allow 5-8 business days for delivery to the 48 contiguous states and 10-14 days for Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico.

Free Shipping Option
EXPEDITED Processing
- Order placed using any shipping method above 2-day is automatically selected for expedited processing.
- The Free Shipping with Expedited Processing option is only for orders placed in the continental USA and uses the standard 3-7 day shipping method for free shipment.

Expedited shipping guarentees same-day processing and submission for shipping during normal business hours and FULLY EXCLUDES: National and declared holidays, unexpected closures, and weekends.

APO/FPO qualify for free shipping.
Time in Transit and Shipping Time
We offer overnight, 2 day, 3 day and ground shipping options. The time in transit varies based upon the receiving location (see maps below). Generally all packages are shipped from our Far Rockaway, NY facility. All orders are generally shipped within 1 – 3 business days from the time the order is placed. Please keep in mind the shipping and transit time when placing an order. When the package leaves our warehouse an e-mail will be sent letting you know of its departure.
Orders placed using the free shipping option is shipped using the United States Postal service Priority Mail Feature.

US Customers
We ship to:
- Any residential address
- Your place of business
- APO, FPO and PO Box addresses
- US territories and possessions
- We do not ship to hotels, motels or resorts.
International Customers
We ship to:
- Your home address
- We do not ship to hotels, motels, or resorts.
- We do not ship to countries which are on the state department’s restricted list.
- We reserve the right to block certain products from being shipped outside of the US, based on manufacturer restrictions.
